By using Reformed Hosting, you agree to the following terms. These policies exist to protect our customers, our infrastructure, and our commitment to biblical faithfulness.
1. Lawful and Biblical Use
You may not host any content that is illegal, malicious, or harmful.
In addition, because we are a Christian hosting provider committed to Scripture, we do not permit the hosting of content that is explicitly unbiblical, including but not limited to:
- Pornographic content
- LGBT-affirming content
- Pro-abortion or abortion-supportive content
- Content that denies the authority of Scripture
- Content promoting false teaching, occult practices, or anti-Christian ideologies
We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates biblical morality as articulated in the London Baptist Confession of Faith (1689).
We do wholeheartedly permit and protect the hosting of biblically faithful Christian content even when it is rejected or censored by secular providers.
2. Uptime & Maintenance
We strive for excellence in uptime and reliability. Maintenance may occur as needed, but will be performed responsibly and with minimal disruption.
3. Backups
We maintain layered backups to safeguard your site.
However, customers should also maintain personal backups as an additional precaution.
4. Security
We implement strong security measures to protect your website and account.
While no system can guarantee total immunity from attacks, we take every reasonable step to reduce risk and respond quickly when issues arise.
5. Resource Usage
All sites are expected to use server resources reasonably.
If your site grows significantly, we will work with you to upgrade or adjust your environment as needed.
6. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms will be clearly stated before service begins.
Migration services, custom development, or specialized work may incur additional fees.
Refunds are handled case by case with integrity and fairness.
7. Prohibited Content (Legal + Biblical)
Reformed Hosting does not permit hosting of:
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Illegal content
- Content designed to disrupt, harm, or degrade service
- Sexually explicit content of any kind
- LGBT-affirming or gender-ideology content
- Pro-abortion advocacy
- Any content that contradicts biblical morality
This protects our customers, our servers, and our mission.
8. Christian Content
We will never silence or censor biblically faithful Christian content.
9. Support
Support is currently available via email and phone.
A ticketing system is being developed and will be added in the future.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in illegal activity, hosting prohibited content, or harming infrastructure.
